Hello,

Can you send back your response to a K-1 RFE to the CSC via Fedex?...

Thanks,

B.

If you have a  physical address as they cannot deliver to a po box.  Imo,  priority mail with 2-3 day delivery with tracking is more than sufficient.   1 or 2 days won't make a huge difference

YMMV

I agree. After doing some research I will just go with Priority Mail. USPS is terrible in St. Louis but that is more for incoming than outgoing mail for us...

Finally done...

If I may ask, what was your rfe?

I haven't received it yet. Just planning ahead. The only thing I can think of is that I was a little sparse about how we met online. But, I am getting older. I could have missed a box or something)

Finally done...

But, as you know I have been through this before. I submitted all of the passport stamps and boarding passes, etc. My first K1 petition was approved in 40 days. Times have changed.

Finally done...

My statement consisted of "We met on Facebook."  Can't get much thinner than that.

YMMV

We are not in a big time crunch. I allowed plenty of time for the 129f approval, interview and travel to the US. I will make another visit in early January that is just for pleasure...Then I will go back for the interview...I would say sometime in March.

Finally done...

I'm not in a big hurry either but things are moving fast now.   Medical day1 was today.   Interview could be next week or the week following

YMMV
