I don’t know if this is in the right place but I need to know if anyone else has experienced this. I got a text today (recieved my I129F petition) but my money order has not been cashed. Is this a bad sign!?

No as it is actually their first step is to notify you. A few days later your check will be cashed. Suggestion. Try not to overthink this process and everything you see 99.9999% has happened to someone else. And a bad sign comes in the way of RFE's and 221(g)'s and you are way to early for any one of those to arrive to your mail box. I'm just keeping it real for you.

Thank you. It’s so hard not to overthink.

Oh it is hard, I agree. But wait till you are standing in front of the CO and having the interview and it lasts all but 5 min. Just kidding, but you feel like screaming at someone because you waited 8-9 months, spent all this money and you didn't even get a kiss. It's a long ride ahead. It would be best to see you in 5 months when the action starts up again. JMHO.
