Hi all, this might be a stupid question but regarding the check for AOS (1-485, I-765 and I-131 sent in one package) - the "Paying USCIS fees instructions" online state that you "sign the check using your legal name". Has anyone recently submitted an AOS package and the check was successfully processed? Did you sign it with your typical signature that you would sign all banking documents, or did you write out your legal name? Not sure why USCIS would specifically list that in the instructions and I've read on other forums that those who didnt follow certain instructions specifically for the check had their submission returned to them denied a few months after they sent it....

Thanks!
