Yup that whopping was good for the bulldogs

Only if they beat Bama in the SEC championship game.  Personally, I think the OSU victory over Michigan helps Oklahoma the most, but of course they have to take care of business next Saturday.

Right now I see Bama, Clemson, ND and Oklahoma in the playoffs.  If Georgia beats Bama, then they will replace them, but with ND in and assuming Clemson beats Pitt, I don’t see two SEC teams each with one loss in the playoffs if the Big 10 and Big 12 still have a one loss champion team each, but I would give the nod to OK over OSU right now.

I tend to agree with you on the OK side, but they have had lucky breaks before in playoffs

Well, Oklahoma took care of business.  The so called knowledgeable pundits are saying if Georgia wins today, then Bama will still be in the playoffs.  If that is the case, then why would Bama play their starters more than one quarter today.  Also, why is the Central Time game started at 11 am local time and all the EST games are either 4pm or 8pm?
