What form do I need/best way to bring my child over to the USA? (My USC husbands step child, my biological)

Yes, well no, but I just finally obtained the courts permission. 

What forms do I use?

If you file the I-130 its the slower F2A process. If your husband files the I-130 its the better IR-2 process: https://www.visajourney.com/content/childpet/
