Good evening. I’m from Philippines and i want to ask help from anyone who has experience K1 application here in Kuwait. We are planning to do it here. TIA for your help. May I know what are the requirements? And I want also to include my daughter who is currently in Philippines. Thanks again for sharing.

First question is where are you located. And where do you want your interview to take place there in Kuwait or or in the Philippines. it's easier if you are in the Philippines with your daughter and the two of you are interviewing together. What she included on the I 129f application your daughter.

My fiancee is from Bohol and also working in Kuwait the last 4 years.

The initial I-129F form and requirements are the same for everyone.  After filing, and a long wait of maybe 7 months, if you get an approval from USCIS then it moves to the State Dept, and eventually the US Emb in Kuwait.... this is the only place where it gets a little weird in Kuwait.  We are getting close to this point now and keeping some detailed notes to post once we are done.  Much of the challenge is in dealing with the Philippine Embassy and also getting a NOC from the Kuwaitis.  For example, you can only get a NOC if you are on a current residency visa (ie Visa 18) status, the Kuwaitis will not process a NOC request for nonresidents even if you lived there before. Also the Philippine Embassy are a little scammy and try to take wayy too much money and up-sell for completing the Form 5 for NBI.... and then you have to go to a very specific door at a Kuwaiti Police building in another town to get the 10-print card completed - the people here are very helpful though. We've found the USEmb staff and also the Kuwaitis to be exceptionally helpful and kind, the Philippines not so much.

I would be more than happy to put you in contact with my fiancee in Kuwait.  We are certainly not experts but we are really quickly learning by doing. I don't know anything about the children-part of your question, best answered by others here.
