Please i need help urgently

Please i need an urgent advice... We got a notice from the National Visa Council concerning our expedite processing that it has been approved by the Embassy in Nigeria here and the file has been forwarded to the Embassy here in Nigeria that the Embassy will contact me concerning the interview date.

Later we go another mail that i should re scan the Marriage certificate which i already did and for my wife she should forward her W2 form and letter from our joint sponsor which is yet to be provided.

Please i want to ask if this is still going to delay the Embassy contacting us for the interview date or process will be put on hold till the information is provided.

the case will overall be put on hold until those documents are in.

 

The email asking for the W2 and joint sponsor who did that come from NVC or from Embassy in Nigeria?

in that case I would contact NVC and send email to embassy in Nigeria and ask if this will put a hold on getting an interview date.

 

I know it will put a hold on you getting your visa in a timely manner.

Can I ask what reason have you given to NVC for expedition

Yes, it will hold up you getting an interview date, 

as

the IV Unit wants to know you are ready to interview, 

with all the documents in hand.  

 

Don't have the documents in hand ? Why would the IV unit bother to make time to slot you into a queue ?  So, ya, get yer documents ! 

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.
