How fast after submitting I-129F do you normally get RFE's?

Basically what title says. How long after filing your I-129F do you normally get RFE's?

Depending on your service centre, USCIS staff will get around to your petition between about 6 and 10 months. At this stage they will either issue approval or an RFE.

 

Sometimes if the petition was missing a key document, like the i130a or something then USCIS will send an RFE much sooner, but afterwards it will again go through the normal processing window of 6 to 10 months, and may even be followed by another RFE.

they can come at any time. generally speaking though not for 6-10 months until after your NOA1

i received my RFE AT 195 DAYS.... i am at 224 days and not approved yet! so there is no really at specif time, other had get it  at 172 days. 210 ...even 352 ....so...

Depends on current processing times.  Typically RFE's come only after your petition has been sitting in the queue and the adjudicator looks at it for the very first time. Occasionally a request can come early,  if upon submission your petition is not acceptable due to things as wrong fee payment, unsigned petition,  etc.
