Your case has been accepted and routed to the USCIS California Service Center for processing. Within 7-10 days by standard mail you will receive your official Receipt Notice (Form I-797) with your Receipt Number WAC#########. With the official Receipt Notice (Form I-797) you may visit www.uscis.gov where you can check the status of your case using My Case Status. We suggest you wait until you have received your Form I-797 before checking My Case Status.

"" I have received this on May 3rd 2018 , check cashed on May 3rd as well .. the file have been received on April 27 old site , May 2nd new site :""

On April 27, 2018, we received your Form I-129F, Petition for Alien Fiancé(e), Receipt Number WAC#########, and sent you the receipt notice that describes how we will process your case. Please follow the instructions in the notice. If you do not receive your receipt notice by May 27, 2018, please call the USCIS Contact Center at 1-800-375-5283. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.

Question is the NOA1 considered April 27 from the day they received the packet by mail ?  Or May 3rd, the day  they processed the case ??

Thank you in advance .

When you receive the physical copy of your NOA1 there will be a "Receipt Date" on this and that's where we've taken ours from.

The old website stated ours as 11th June as "received", old site stated 12th June yet the NOA1 receipt (and new website) shows 14th.

Thank you in advance .

For NOA1 date, it should be quite literally date of Notice listed on your NOA1 form (I-797C) From what I gather "old" site uses "date received" which is also listed on your NOA1 form, but that is date when they got your 129F package, not the date when NOA1 was actually issued.  So look to the right and you will see the "receipt date". None of these dates mean a hill of beans. It's only used for your timeline here on VJ and that's all it is good for.
