Congrats! I've just started the AoS process and my local office is Phoenix as well. About how long did it take for you to get the EAD and AP approved?

Dang. 6 months is a long time. I applied for EAD and AP and we'd like those both asap. Good to know I can reach out to my congressperson for help.

Thanks!

There have been barely any interviews in Phoenix for the past year, at least for K1s. When I searched the database here there were only 8 pending total.

We got our letter a few weeks ago, so our interview is happening quite soon so we'll make a point to share when it's over. There is only one other couple we know of from around our time (January 2018 AOS filing), and they were fast tracked for both K1 and AOS -- and were approved for the GC on the spot a year ago. As far as I can tell they may have been the last K1 AOS approved in Phoenix for someone on VJ.

No wonder why I got my interview scheduled so fast 😅 I really wasn’t expecting anything before the end of the year.
