My spouse received a text message yesterday october 10 2018 from 2go courier it says that they were going to deliver his visa on that day but no one came he was been waiting the whole day until today. We tried to call the 2go number but it says the number is incompleted so(+632)5287136. I kept checking on website at NVC it was indicate there that number but upon calling that number it was incompleted so how he supposed to get intouch with them. To ask for an update with his visa documents

The number looks incomplete to me.  First it would be +63, not +632  If you drop the +63 to text from within the Philippines to a mobile number, all the numbers start with 0.  With the +63, you drop the 0 and only the 0.

+63 is the country code.   02 is the area code for Manila.    Don't need the +63 when calling from within the Philippines.   And yes on the "0" in front of the 2 at that is a Manila number .

Very likely it will arrive the following day.    Spouse couldn't reply to the text?

This is why most people in the Philippines have their package held at the 2go courier office at the Mall Of Asia...too late for that.  I mailed a complete copy of all of the documents via USPS we had prepared to my wife in the Philippines and she never got it.  Thankfully, I had 2 extra copies.  We received the envelope returned via US Mail 9 months later...she was already here.
