No problem...yes i did call and made a service request and also sent a letter plus the copy of naturalization certificate .That service request went fast though .And they will send you a mail saying c

Man its been 18 months now, so so frustrating, already submitted two request for behind normal processing time. No respond.  I do not know what next. Horrible 

September is your 5th month so hopefully, you will get update.

My case was upgraded on March 21st 2019,  On Aug 21st its been 5 months completed.   Also when i called USCIS on July they created a ticket for me saying i was already behind the normal processing time. They said that.  The Green Card holders ( i know few, well it depends on person ) but who applied even after me got their I-130 approved.

Yea right, your 5 months was in Aug. but it depends on case by case. I know someone who case was upgraded in May & I-130 approved already. That because PD was 2017

 

did you get emails from USCIS about 5 month wait? Usually they say 5 months from that notice not the upgrade case

I do not see anybody here in the there have that have same pd and upgraded date like mine, most of those are already approved.  At least they should have sent something by now. This is just ridiculous.
