i haven't really been posting in the IR-1/CR-1 thread

just mostly reading stuff, researching on the "road less travelled" haha

we haven't asked NVC about how much time we can delay my case

however, i read from one of the forms scanned in the NVC thread that we can delay fees and forms submission for a year tops

gosh, i hope my son's I-130 approval doesn't take that long

feelicks called for my case number and we finally have it

also, feelicks received the AOS bill just this week

NVC said they sent out my DS-3032 already, but i haven't received anything yet

that's it for my update

Hello everyone, l just want to give you some updates.

Two days ago, our lawyer sent USCIS a request service order which means they will pull my file and find out what is going on with my case. Then my husband called again to USCIS and they told him that they had spoken with the lawyer and that we should hear from them in a couple of days.

Two days ago, our lawyer sent USCIS a request service order which means they will pull my file and find out what is going on with my case. Then my husband called again to USCIS and they told him that they had spoken with the lawyer and that we should hear from them in a couple of days.

Our RFE has made it to the Official desk on October 23, but, because of all the wild fires in California she was not sure if the Official was in the office today. If they are here you may even hear something today. MY HEART STOPPED FOR A MOMENT!! PLEASE DEAR GOD RELEASE OUR APPLICATIONS FROM CSC CLUTCHES!!!!!!!! This person was so nice and I hope this all is true..

Sorry for my last post. But what I was saying is, why not give people proper information when they call, that way if people need to send RFEs they can start the process of sending the data.

According to the news. the fires around LA have been put down and the resources transferred to San Diego. With at least a half dozen approvals this week I think most adjudicators should be working. So you should here something as soon as the adjudicator makes time to return to your petition. I hope you get an email today or tomorrow!!

Maybe G & A's chart could be of some assistance in figuring out how many K3s are left to be approved.

I am not sure CSC has an idea on how they are processing petitions. I think my hypothesis is close to reality on each ajudicator is like a cashier and it depends upon which checkout line your petition is in.
