I'm so sorry to hear about this, I've been checking in every so often to see what the outcome was. I really wish there was something I can do. I wouldn't worry too much about him blowing you off, he's obviously very upset and hurt about this and he's probibly blowing everybody off. He wants to be there with you!!!!

javed said that he thinks the embassy is saying we dont communicate.

but, I am providing compelling proof with tons of phone records < linking to his and my phone > from my calling card along with my credit card statement of purchase. I hope this turns this around. because, i call javed every single day for the last year. sometimes I would call 3-4 times in one day. so hopefully this is compelling enough to stop this mess.

we had a similar experience, well not long like yours, but a 221g with a recommendation to send the visa back to USA with a denial of the petition....i was able to over-turn it in less tha a week...go there, and request to see the director of the COs and ask him what proof he needs...there should be a reason given for the action//
