Hi guys, it's me again. My parents were given a 10 year tourist visa and they were able to visit  US 2-3x  but now they expired this year. If they will apply for another visa, will they do it like they're applying for a new one? I really appreciate any input. Thanks.

I'm sure you meant to say the tourist visa expired this year.

They will be applying for a new one; however, the ds160 asks a series of questions, and if they qualify, they might not have to interview.

By the way, can I  fill up the DS 160 for them? They're both past 70 years old, and both of them are old school who are not into technology, if you know what I mean😊

You can, but bear in mind technically they sign it so if you make any mistake they are still responsible for the error. (And yes, we have had cases of children filling in stuff wrong so best to double check all the answers with them).
