@goodgood I would not take him back if I were you. Once a cheater, always a cheater. No buts and ifs about it.

 

I am sorry it happened to you, but if you really want to stay in America, file the waiver and move on. Life is too short.

Sorry that you had to endure this infidelity.

 

Also, his admittance to infidelity is solid ground for wanting to get divorced. You can file a waiver when filing RoC due to divorce.
