Issued CR1 visa

Our visa has been printed since July.10.2018 and it says issued on the ceac website.  I expected email from DHL the whole of last week and I still got nothing.  Who has experienced this before? And what is the approximate time it takes to be contacted?

Have you checked the status on the www.ustraveldocs.com website?

 

my wife was approved July 5th and we received her passport a week later

I don't think you will get an email from DHL. You have to go to the DHL office and see if the passport is there. Good luck

I'm happy you mentioned the ustravels website. U know what? Absolutely nothing happens after I login to my account. Whatever I click do NOT open. Only the side at the upper left corner where it gives u the chance to update profile works.  I can't track my passport or anything of that sort.  But i was able to speak with the DHL office and they said is still not ready.

Okay, glad you at least have an answer now, I would give it a few more days and try calling again.

 

if I remember correctly my wifes visa was sent a couple of days after CEAC said issued, we had it about a week after interview

Hi my husband didn't get an email either, he just went to DHL and his passport was there. So I'd advise you just go to DHL cause our email never came

I had issues with the ustraveldocs website too. My husband just went to DHL two business days after it stated issued on CEAC website and it was there.

The ustraveldocs worked for us but it was slow, we picked up my wifes passport and 2 days later it still did not show picked up.

When my husband was approved, he was told to go to the DHL office two weeks after the interview. He went exactly two weeks later and his passport was there waiting for him. He never received an email from them.

We appreciate the replies. I think I'll wait until Friday and then I'll go without calling them.

Congratulations on on your approval and same thing my husband had to wait about 1 week after issued.

Masa so far us its issued dont worry .chilled get some beer and pizza. You will get your passport with your visa stamp
