Hello everyone,

I submitted my i751 application about 2 months back. After submitting my evidence i dont think i submitted enough. I would like to avoid getting an RFE due to it slowing down the process. Here is a list of what was submitted, Joint morgage

Joint lease,Joint car insurance, joint w2 from 2016/2017 a couple utility bills, bank statement and photos.

I have much more i can submit that i didnt think of before (vacation tickets, home insurance, both DL showing same address, letters from friends and family, more bills, joint credit cards exc...) Has anyone ever submitted additional evidence without RFE? Thx again. Im just trying to be on top of everything and proactive.

No one can tell you what is enough and what isn't, unfortunately.

What you submitted sounds pretty OK - as long as the data covered the whole length of your marriage.  You said "bank statement".  If you only submitted one bank statement, that won't cut it.  If you submitted multiple statements that covered the length of your marriage, then you are fine.

I just cannot tell from your post.

Remember, folks...you are having to tell a story of your marriage with your evidence.  You should submit documents that show you are a couple from the start of your marriage until you submit documents for the I-751.  If that is two years, then send two years' worth of documentation.  If that is 20 years, then send 20 years' worth.

They want to see that you are a couple OVER TIME - not just at the point you submit your data.

Best of luck.  Perhaps you could be clearer as to the extent of your documentation (over time)...and we could help you better.

Ignore the reply above. Take a look at your form I-797 (notice of action that extends your residence for an additional 12 months). It specifically says that you can send more evidence if you have not done so already.

Thank you for that information! Ill take a look now 😀

I honestly don't see the point. The list of evidence you've already submitted suggests a real valid marriage. I've often seen those who get rfe's get approved faster than those who haven't been asked for one. At least it means a human is looking at your file.
