Hello everyone,

i just want to know something about 221g white letter which I got during my interview. I had applied for k1 visa on 15th June 2018 during my interview officer was not satisfied and gave me the 221g, asked me to submit additional documents such as reservation with court, printing invitations card, all vendors information, reservation with hall, marriage outfits receipts and rings bills etc without having visa in hand we spend a lot of money on this to do arrangements in usa.

we have already submitted all this documents at embassy on 26th June 2018 and now waiting for the results my case is under administration processing.

i hope after doing this arrangements in usa they will approve my case otherwise we have to face huge loss if something went wrong.

we are really scared and nervous finger crossed

have anyone come across with such cases

thank you In advance

I also got this same letter at the time of my interview and I submitted all documents and in 1 week I got courier in which they returned submitted documents and got other 212(a)(4) letter and again I submitted domicile proof of my husband and passport. In ceac site, my status is ready. I m also waiting for response.

hey ur visa category is CR1, right? so u got 221g white slip stating you application will be further considered upon submitting documents mentioned below: and then they asked u notorized statement from both u and your spouse as how you met and why you decided to get married? then list , phone number, names and relationship of all guest who attended your wedding. wedding out fit and ring receipt, photos of onoing relationship including before and after marriage pics, evidence of before and after ongoing comminication. joint finances and money transfer etc... is that what u submitted?

My case is similar to yours, if your answer is yes to my above mentioned question. Please share your contact email with me if you dont mind.

They haven't been on VJ since August of last year. I am doubtful that they will be returning anytime soon.

This is why we advocate that you start your own thread with your questions and you will get more updated information then from a thread that is 2 years old.
