Does beneficiary need to add I-94 to 129f packet?

I believe if the non-usc person have stamp on his/her passport, that would be enough. I myself included a copy of my I-94 into our packet because i didn't get stamped on my passport from my us visit. But let's hear it from the experienced here.

 

Yes you can get a copy of the I-94 online, just gotta google it.

11/7/2019      Interview- Norfolk

11/10/2019    APPROVED (notification rec'd 11/10, approval dated 11/8)

DONE FOR TWO YEARS!!! ;)

 

Filed everything ourselves with no RFE's or delays.

 

CR1 for Child under 21 (20 at time of filing)- Filed by LPR Spouse for his son

4/4/20     Mailed packet

4/12/20   NOA1 rec'd

10/14/21 (havent heard anything... when do i start to get worried?)

9/15/22 APPROVED! Now to wait for NVC and interview....

I would recommend they did just to be safe, if you're frontloading your petition, i-94's and passport stamps will help prove you have met in person and spent time together. 

 

Included copy of all the i-94's I had for every visit and also my travel history from the website mentioned above.
