Maybe not all. However, IMO, many are being interviewed. Hence, the long delays.

Not for ROC - the majority is not being interviewed.

I believe it all depends on the officer who is handling your case file. He/She would be the determining factor in having the petitioner come in for an interview. If the officer looks at your packet full of evidence regarding your bonafide marriage and is satisfied, I don't believe that they would require you to come in for an interview.

However, if you get an RFE and fail to convince the officer that your marriage was/is legit, then an interview will definitely be in the cards.

Got a letter yesterday from local office, they are doing a combined ROC / N400 interview for us.

I filed N400 with pending I751 two weeks ago. I already did my biometrics, but still haven't heard anything regarding my I751 case being transferred to NBC. Did you experience a pretty smooth case transfer?

We filed 3/31, on 4/7 and then on 4/10 we got two notices on transfer, a week later a letter came saying transferred to NBC.

About two weeks after we got the N400 interview letter (That came from NBC Missouri address), we got a letter from the Cincinnati office stating they would be doing a combo interview and spouse should plan on attending.  So far, everything has been running smooth.

I heard the same thing, but the latest VJ member timelines are still showing a lot of adjudications this month without an interview.

Whats up with that timeline, did that replace the tables in each I-751 monthly filers thread?

It is hard to locate those tables, scrolling through endless posts...

Great. Hopefully, I will hear something regarding my case being transferred. Did you file your N400 online or through the mail?

Filed: Timeline

Vermont Service Center is not scheduling random interviews as of late 2016. See the link below. They are only doing them where there isn't enough joint evidence submitted with the ROC, couple has separated but field jointly, etc. It's so strange how these chinese whispers get started apropos of nothing. I can't speak to California, though.
