They informed that they recieved the k-1 form.

1. What is the next step?

2. Can beneficiary take extra new photos in the visa interview or its just the photos submitted by the petitioner?

Thank you

1. You will receive the NOA1 notifying that they have received the package. Then 4-5 months later you will receive the NOA2 and they will the package to the country's embassy for medical and interview.

2. You can bring additional documents and pictures to the interview.

Hey guys,

I have a serious question. Is it true that when my finace( petitioner) sends me sponsorship doc, the job should be permanent or something. Is there any rules regarding this? Can he apply that of he is working from a temp.agency and his job hasnt been permanent? And this is scaring hell out of me.
