Are you shadowing me? I have a Fidelity 401k and Vanguard Roth IRA. :P

The list looks pretty good. I did not include affidavits from family members but included much of the same evidence. I hear they like to see utility bills in both names. Do you have that? One of our utility providers refused to add a 2nd name but the other two did that for us. Are you providing IRS tax transcripts? You have to order those online or over the phone.

looks good. It's good to have evidence since the time you got married or even before (so from beginning). There is some more evidence like below you can add.

14. Copy of Driver License showing you and your spouse same address

15. Joint Auto insurance.

16. Copy of IRS transcripts for both return and account transcripts (don't just send taxes filed through Turbox tax etc).

17. Trips including flights, hotel info etc.

Looks good. I'm getting ready to file the same stuff. The Ameren bill, mortgage/deed, state ID's showing same address, shared credit cards/bank accounts, joint tax filings, insurance, etc. is enough. Unless there are some red flags somewhere, that should be plenty. One of our VN friends went through with a lot less. Not as hard in America as it is getting the K-1. You'll be good. Hope all is well - good luck!
