Hey, I've a different fb name than my docs. Like I wrote first letter of my name S. And my husband's name as last! Will they ask me to show my fb? Or this can affect me In any way that I didn't write my full name. And my husband's name is not in docs rn, I've planned to change my last Name after getting into states. What do they ask for when your spouse sponsoring you under f2a. And yes Ive another old/childish email on fb, which isnt official ofc. Im worries if they'll ask for my fb? :l please respond! Ik its stupid question but still. plus there's one more thing? Im a blogger & running a business being a mua, I run it with different name not my original one, like ive one fb for running a business & page as well with another name (business one) & its made on different email, will this affect me in any way??? Please lmk. Im already dying;(

Sometimes they give people the DS5535 form which asks for your social media account names. 

You're married, so I can't see how unofficially using your husband's last name on Facebook would cause you to run into any problems. 

 

Same with running a blog - a lot of people want to use a pseudonym for an account that is more "public" to prevent unwanted people from seeing their private info. 

 

If you are asked to fill out the DS5535 form, just list all your social media accounts and emails like they ask. 

People who have nothing to hide, don't hide anything.

Thanks for replying love! & yes I won't cuz ive nothing to hide. All i was worried about a 3 different emails; one for fb (oldest and weirdest one) second for business which i use to run my blog & third the official one i use for decent tasks like sending my cvs, official use and the one I wrote in the form for immigration. Plus blogging with some other name won't affect right? Cuz Im getting pr packages and mails from some cosmetic companies with the name i use to blog! what say?

I think you could explain easily why you use another name if it's asked. If you get the DS5535 form I would suggest writing a statement explaining why. It sounds reasonable. InshAllah you won't get the DS5535 and it won't matter.

I think that they won't ask me about a blog cuz im not doing something illegal lol XD though if theyll ask can I say that I dont want to disclose my name or my private info on public forums? Cuz tbh being a mua I'm not even sharing my full face pictures, im just posting a close ups of an eye. And thats why i dont want to disclose my name. Im running it with my husbands name like e.g jame's artistry. Or makeup by Jame's. & yes inshaAllah i hope the same 😍
