hello,

I'm asking this question for a friend.

She's here on a K1 visa, they are gettimg married tuesday.

I guesd they need to fill out the adjustment of status? AOS  i485, i864 and is that correct? the fee is $1225 for application and bioemetric?

So they just send in a copy of the marriage certificate and wait

thanks

Yes, $1225 for AOS and biometrics. Can also apply for EAD and AP same time for free.

Has she got her SSN?

Best to suggest they come here and read all about it.
