No biometrics update in tracker

I had my biometrics appointment on March 28th. Since then I've been checking the case tracker status for all applications and there was no update that I did biometrics. It's been almost a month. Should I make a call or is this normal?

They wont update ead/ap at all for biometrics.

You will eventually see your aos update to "ready to schedule interview"

But thats as far as it will go for months than eventually your ead /ap will get approved but you'll wait on an interview date for aos and so on..

So basically dont wait for any updates anytime soon

I've read that people got updates saying biometrics was done so I'm worried why I hadn't.

Erm, yes they do. EAD at least, not AP. Mine was updated upon completion of biometrics, as was my I485. However, NOT EVERYONE'S will be updated, due to how finicky the system seems to be.

because biometrics fee accepted isnt an update.

After you do your biometrics what did your status change to?

And I never said biometric fee accepted was an update, did I?

It changed to 'biometrics review complete and we are processing your case' or something along those lines.

You implied I might be about to say that, or at least it seemed like it!

As far as I know, that biometric update doesn't happen to everyone so not really a reliable one to wait for.

i also did my Finger print April, 5 2018. My case  is not updated. I assumed this should not be an issue.  I have seen others who had their AOS approved and the case status never changed. Lets hope we get or cases approve sooner than later.
