We submitted our AOS in Aug, 2005. Ours is K-1. We got married in NYC. We got the appt info by mail. The interview is next month! We are excited and nervous too.

We read all the instructions carefully. We are not so sure about certain documents. Can anyone who knows or who has experienced interview help tell us?

1. Original Vaccination Supplement Form

We had Vaccination Supplement Form filled earlier and have sent the original one to them. What we have on hand now is just the copy. Is that enough to take it to interview because they request it?

2. Body examination result

My wife has her body checked in her country at the end of May in 2005 because it was required. The original result documents have been submitted on her interview in her country. I also know this result will be valid for one year which means it will expire in May, 2006. The GC interview also requests the original result. They should have it but i don't know why they still ask for it. May i just bring the copy as well?

Thanks for your help!

Wil

Vaccination Supplemental: They only ask you to bring that if you have not already submitted it, which you have.

I'm not sure what you mean about the Body Examination results - do you mean the medical she had in her home country? If so, this would have been handed over in the brown envelope at the POE and forwarded on to the Office dealing with your case.

Good Luck, we have our interview next month too :)

Thank you, Mand!

Yeah, i know we did submit both of them (Vaccination and medical) earlier. But we are just worried they will still question us. I heard some stories that those officers are very troublesome sometimes. For example, they would tell you they lost your original medical result and you need to get another one done in US. Nightmare...

Glad to hear that you are going to have your interview in April too! Wish you good luck too!

Wil

Thank you, motu!

Yes, we are also preparing those proofs of relations. We will have our bank joint account letter as well soon.

As to the medical coverage, I cover my wife's medical. We have two separated cards. We will bring them to interview. Is it good or shall we get a formal letter showing medical coverage?

Thay may not have the medical ( they did not have uors) but if it happens don't worry!! It was in the brown envelope handed over on airport and they should have it. Just say you made it in your country and handed over on airport, should be OK

make copies of the cards, you need somethinh to leave them, to show is not enough.

Wish you luck on the interview
