I am african and I live in my country I have a love affair With an American for 2 years, I ask to be my fiancée and we must get married in my country for the month of May and she will be in my country in April.

1- what are the procedures that I have to do after the wedding?

2- Are I lucky enough to get the wedding visa as this is the first time we will meet here?

As to procedures there, someone else will have to clarify that.

As to "wedding visa", there is no such thing. After the marriage, the USC or petitioner would file for a CR-1 spousal visa to USCIS. Here's the guide: http://www.visajourney.com/content/i130guide1 . Process can be 12-14 months right now it seems.

Now, depending on what country specifically you are from it can definately be an uphill battle to get an approval for this visa. Nothing is guaranteed. Also, you say you're marrying and this will be first time you both meet in person? If so, that can be a huge flag to the US embassy. Are there other factors like large age differences? Who's older?

Many people in African countries do not get their visa right away if they get married on first visit. They often have long "Administrative Processing" times unfortunately.

You may say you love this woman for 2 years but you have never spent a day with her. If you have loved her for 2 years and want to be with her, it's best if you just have a VISIT and get to know each other in person more and if you really want to get married, to wait until your 2nd or 3rd visits to have more time together and then maybe your visa would have a better chance at being approved the first time.

We dont work for USCIS or the consulate in your country. We cannot give you a yes or no on that - but based on statistics and other cases we have seen on visajourney and on USCIS, few cases in certain African countries are approved without administrative processing right away.

Your best chance is to have several visits.

USCIS would most likely approve it. It is the embassy that is where you would most likely run into issues. Like @EandH0904 has said. There are red flags usually if someone marries on first visit. Multiple visits is always recommended especially from possible high fraud countries when it comes to immigration.

Are you two the same age? Large age gap? Who's older?  This is other info that could help understand what you may be up against.
