USCIS does not take into consideration the bs written by the abuser, then the delay has nothing to do with the abuser.

Hello Sandra and other collaborators, I have a question, please help me clarify this doubt:
Now I am staying where a relative in another state different from the address I have registered in USCIS where I lived with my aunt, since I do not have a fixed address, I am thinking of spending several months in another state where another relative, since here I can take Psychological help at a very good price. I understand that in Vawa USCIS cases it allows one to register a different address than the one that lives for security reasons with the abuser.
Questions:
1. Does it have any problem for me to live in a different state from the address I registered with USCIS?
2. The psychological help I am receiving is in a state where I lived with my aunt a few months ago, that is, the psychological report will have the address of a different state from the one I registered with USCIS, does that bring me any problem?
3. Can I travel by plane within the United States with my work permit expired or with my passport without problems?
4. Before you approve or deny the I-360 you are interviewed
Thank you very much!!

1. If you move, you need to mail form AR-11 to the Vermont Service Center to change your address. Even if you are just moving for a few months, you are required to update your physical address to where you live. When you move back, file another change of address.

3. You can travel inside of the US with a valid ID. This can be a valid passport, ID or driver’s license.

4. You are not interviewed for I-360. You will have an interview for the adjustment of status (I-485).

Thanks for your quick response:
Would not supplying our real address to USCIS could not put us in danger of deportation?

No, you have a pending petition and won’t be deported unless you are committing a felony level crime while filing. You actually are required to give USCIS your real address. You can use someone else’s address as your safe mailing address, so that your mail gets received somewhere safe and not by your abuser potentially.

You said " I understand that in Vawa USCIS cases it allows one to register a different address than the one that lives for security reasons with the abuser.",  look you can give someone's address to receive your mails, that is it. You MUST update your address every single time you move to a different place, that being said in case of VAWA approval you will have the interview considering the City/State that you are living.

There is no problem regarding the address of your psychologist.

Have always with you a document showing you have a pending case with USCIS.

There is no interview for VAWA petitions just for AOS,.

I received this notice about my i485, but the interview date is Nov 30, 2016. That was the date that they put a hold on my i485. How will I know my right schedule date? Should I do an infopass?  I dont want to miss this. They are so messy.

Hmmmm this is so odd, I-360 doesnt come with a card. Maybe your i360 is approved, or your green card is on the way. Either way, congrats!!!
