In submission of I-130 or I-129F, a photocopy of all docs mentioned is OKAY.

However, the original or certified copies are required during the consular interview.

For emails, chat logs, e-tickets, there is no such thing as "original" since you can always print a copy of it.

The only originals that you need to submit with your initial petition is

1) I-129F

2) G-325a for both petitioner and beneficiary (4 page form)

3) Statement of intent for both

These are submitted as originals because of the signature requirement

In your first list items 1-4 are good evidence.... #5 and 1&2 in second list is superfluous evidence

inlove_pinay,

The I-129f instructions give you guidance on this.

Or, you can create your own chat logs. Reset the date on your computer to whatever day, then open up a Window and type away.

Thus far I hear everyone mentioning about printing it but in all the posts I've read it goes to mention nothing about the CO asking for chat logs. This is what I've seen. Your choice to decide.

Yes, CO's ask for proof of ongoing relationship quite often. Ongoing communication helps in this regard, so chat logs, may be quite helpful. I agree with saving most if not all such evidence for interview. This is K1. Prove you met in person within the past two years for the petition and that an ongoing relationship still exists at interview.
