Hey you guys!!!! I feel like I'm dreaming!!! I just called USCIS today and found out that we got our approval yesturday!!!! Oh wow, I'm so excited that finally this part of the wait is over!!!! Oh pinch me!!!!!

Thanks U2rsobad and Zee and everyone else!!! I'm so, wow, I don't know what to do with my self........okay, I guess now I have to get the rest of my papers together. Oh and by the way I asked the lady about the time that its taking to forward to NVC and she said, "yes we did have a back log for some time but as far as I know approved apps are getting forwarded twice a week again, like they used to be" And that's a quote, although I don't know if she is telling the whole story, or even is she knows.

I've submitted my RFE info and everyday I have a touch on my account, but nothing has happened yet. Seeing my account touched everday is driving me crazy! Do I get excited?? Do I get scared because they might find something else wrong?? Will it take 30 + days for my approved petiton to reach NVC??? This rollercoaster of emotions is NOT healthy!

The RFE has put me somewhere is the range of 14-20 behind schedule. (if I get the NOA-2 in the next 6 days) I should have been approved already!

I've submitted my RFE info and everyday I have a touch on my account, but nothing has happened yet. Seeing my account touched everday is driving me crazy! Do I get excited?? I have some good news too. I had written everyone in the government who represents me on October 16th, and everyone has been telling me they are looking into it.

Got a letter today from one of my reps, and it said they were told my file was forwarded to NVC earlier this week!!!! Yaaay!

I called NVC, they have not gotten it. I called USCIS, and it left November 1st. Yesterday. So, not MUCH earlier this week!

Ah...bout time. I can only hope we're speeded along through the rest of it now. We're all ready to go; have all the money saved up for all the fees we'll have to pay for this next portion. Adam has his police certificate. Just a matter of waiting again!

We've been planning on me going to England for Christmas and Adam coming back to the US with me, to stay! My trip is all booked - December 20th to January 4th. Everyone keep their fingers crossed he'll still get his visa by then! There's a chance he still will...

Ahhhhh....only took two months and the help of congress, but it's moving again!

WOOOOOHOOOO! Awww, Michele. There's not "just a chance" he will have his visa them... HE WILL DEFINITELY HAVE HIS VISA THEN!!!! No worries. I'll bet they put some sort of "push this one through" sticker on your case since they botched it so badly. I hope they do anyway!!!

Congratulations on all the recent approvals.

Michele i can't believe you were approve on August 15th and just getting to NVC November 1st. that's a long wait.We got approved on August 27th and we had to call CSC on September 18th before they sent ours to NVC. Hope everything goes smoothly from here on.
