:)This is a new week! Let's hope USCIS approves the rest of us May filers. We have been so very patient..... :help:

Let's hope for the best, you are not alone, we're still waiting for our NOA2 too. We sent out our application on May 23, 2007. I noticed it seems like CSC is not working with our cases - the people who filed originally in Nebraska Service Center. But I also noticed a few June filers who filed orginally in Nebraska have gotten their approvals already. :blink: Well, good luck to all of us being left behind for whatever reason which we do not know.

I really feel for all of you still waiting for your NOA2's!!! I hope that this week is good to everyone , I can't imagine waiting this long. It will all be worth the wait though in the end...just think of it as lots of time to prepare for your fiance to get here so you can make sure everything is order :)

Change of address??? :help:

So I got a bit confused today when I went to chage my address online using the US Immigration site- surprise surprise on the confusion.

My petition has been approved but our visa is still pendind - any clue where I submit a change of address??? Quite annoying since I will have to do this twice- once now for while I am living at home with my parents for two weeks and then again for my new apartment with my fiance in it hopefully shortly after.

Thanks for the help in advance!

Maybe it is an indication that things will move more quickly now for "May filers".

Woohoo!! That's great news! I hope our application was on the same shipment! Did the guy you talked to say anything about CSC being closed for the fires? I've been wondering about that...

Today marks exactly 4 weeks since my NOA2 and NVC has not yet received my case. When I called NVC they told me "it can take up to 90 days." :clock:

Have you heard anything from NVC regarding your case yet?

My case has not been transferred to NVC either, even my NOA 2 was Sept. 29th.

I got an email from NVC on OCt. 28th. It stated that my case has not been forwarded from USCIS.

Anybody knows how long it takes nowaday from NOA2 to NVC recieves your case?
