What is the phone number to get through to the CSC? I have a very worried fiance and I wasn't able to find it with the search function.

The only way to reach CSC is through the FRE trick...

Dial the 800 number

Then 1 for English

2 for main menu

2 for reporting an issue

4 for more evidence

then 2, 1,

Then case number...

This will get you to a person at CSC

Just wondering if there might be a reason why ours is not getting assigned and touched still praying nothing has gone wrong.

Good to luck to all here, hope someone can predict when we might get our approval.

I quit my job yesterday due to all the stress and can only hope we get approved soon as otherwise we could be in real trouble financially.

Can't help feeling the stress now. I just pray for all of us to hear good news soon.

I called CSC today and the lady I speak to gave me some interesting information. She informed me that I had 4 calls recorded, that I called too often and that this will delay our petition. Is this true? I am ambitious, I am determined to see this to the end, surely she is joking!

Also, she was not willing to give me an update as to the status of our petition. Sounds like they are trying to discourage calls.

Yes those ladies are mean, arrogant, and condescending !!! They tell you the stuff that sounds like a broken record but don't let you get a word in edgewise. The good thing is that they are not in California and cannot hurt your case. If you try the RFE trick it will get you through to the CSC. Don't worry about the 4 calls. They cannot hurt you. I let them have it and had almost given up before I tried the RFE trick and presto....the rest is history.

I've called twice and got the same answer and probably, same nasty lady, hahahaha!

Today I broke into the 100 days without an approval club. When I started this process, 90 days was considered the average time for approval (for CSC). According to the VJ timeline, CSC is now hovering around 121 days. Sure hope I do not have to wait longer than that. Come on USCIS, drink some red bull and start cranking out those NOA2's

This morning my adjudicated date was Sept 27. Now it is Oct 9.

But the average time from filing to NOA2 dropped from 124 days to 101 days.

How can the average time drop and my adjudicated date move farther out?

Oct. 9th will be 141 days using the sent date.

Can someone explain this? PLEASE!

Mine went from October 10 to September 29 to October 12.
