My AOS was touched a couple of minutes ago - pretty much the same time as yesterday. I wonder if it's an automated updating thing that's going on, or if somebody really has just sat down at their desk and done something to my file? (ie put their mug of coffee down on top of it, most likely!)

Seems like they work that way, once it gets to CSC the AOS gets touched for 4 days and then stops..

Ive seen that in few signatures, and they have stopped for me as of the 10. You will prolly get a touch tomorrow as well!

Damn... don't want them to stop, I want my AOS touched at 9:30 sharp every morning!

And yeah, I've been studying signatures closely to see what's been going on with other people's touches. Hmm... interrrresting!

Good luck to all of us! :)

I didn't put it in my signature, but I also got touched every day for about four days after I got the pending at CSC email.

I remember you posting about it while I was somewhere between 'transferred' and 'pending'. :)

All the daily touching is exciting... less exciting once they stop and everything goes back to the usual total lack of activity, I imagine. Oh well!

2005 - We met

2006 - Filed I-129F

2007 - K-1 issued, moved to US, completed AOS (a busy year, immigration-wise)

2009 - Conditions lifted

2010 - Will be naturalising. Buh-bye, USCIS! smile.png

I don't think it is based on how you entered the US, as my husband entered on a K-1 (just him) and we got an interview and no transfer...

Wondering, those that got transfered (no interview) did you include proof of relationship with your filing?? We just put in the packet what was specifically asked of us... meaning no proof of relationship as we were not told to include it (as we would have to bring it to an interview). I didn't even no there could be the chance of no interview. I thought Everyone got interviewed!

i didnt not put any proof too...just what they askd for.

Ooohhh!!

Fingers crossed it's the good kind of touching that actually results in something happening! :)

I don't think there's any point trying to work out why some people get transferred and some don't, unless you LIKE driving yourself insane! I think it's a case of 'lots of people have theories about it, but nobody knows'. :)
