Hi,

My fiancé is Ukrainian, and holds a Ukraine passport and she works in the Philippines for a Work Contract ONLY. That's how I met her because I am in Philippines every month. And I partly live there. Now we have been together for a while and planning to get married soon. I am preparing the K1 packet already; and notice the new K1 Checklist is much more simpler and I have a few questions:

- Should I include her Work Contract in the packet?

- Since she holds a Ukrainian passport, but she lives and work in the Philippines, where will she have her interview in a US Embassy? will it be in her hometown Ukraine or in Philippines?

- Should I still include G-325A?

- Should I include I-134?

- DS-160 online form?

- Bank account details, amount of money and income tax returns

- Proof of my expunged record

- my beneficiary's photocopy of birth certificate, passport, work permit ID,

We do have a lot of evidence together as a couple; pics, family, bank, flights and vacations,

but I'm thinking the more I submit forms maybe the lower chance of RFE because of her situation that she holds a Ukrainian passport and living in Philippines; and I want her to have her interview in the Philippines

Thank you so much!

None of the above that listed with a - should be included unless used as a proof of relationship- and I don't see how these can be used.

i-134, tax returns etc. financials are all from sponsor, and for the interview stage only : not include in package

ds-160 is also after NVC level has nothing to do with the package.

if she has legal residency in her case I believe she has a work visa and residency on it, she can take the interview in Philippines.

I am Turkish living in japan for work, having my interview in japan with my Turkish passport because I reside here
