Copying your post over and over wont help people answer you.

Generally you will go to "ready" after AP and before "issued" however, they could request another interview too.

How the heck should I know?! I have noticed people have reported it rarely on the forum.   Generally when there has been a long AP.

I’ve seen cases where a second interview is scheduled after a relatively long AP. Its been more than 3 months after his interview. If you applied for CR1 visa, you been there was an option, not mandatory. Have you received any letter, notification or email from the Embassy in el salvador? If you haven’t, I strongly suggest you to call them tomorrow, to clarify what are the next steps.

Yeah, he already went through an interview but if the embassy is requiring a second interview which is not out of the norm, you must comply and that’s it. In many cases, a second interviews comes with an approved visa  so no need to freak out. And is not mandatory for you to assist.
