On face value, you should be fine entering Canada with the V1 to attend the fair, but again it all depends on what the "additional information" was that surfaced with the US visa as it may affect you at the border.  Hopefully you can find out what that "additional information" was.

Now I'm waiting for the answer of CBSA and hopefully, they will answer soon,

Thank you for your kind support

Since it was your US visa that was cancelled, wouldn't it be better to directly inquire with the US consulate as to the reasons why?

Even with the CBSA response they are not going to "guarantee" you entry if that's what you are hoping for---it will still come down to the officer you encounter at the border and their individual decision.

I already tried to ask US officer in my interview about the reason, He told me " I don't know " already my new visa application is under AP and I think if I have problem he could stamp my old visa but he didn't stamp it and give the passport to me back after he goes inside and ask his supervisor about something ,

I understand there's no guarantee for anyone to enter Canada but I want to know this US cancelled visa will be reason of denied or no because I will have all my official document from big universities it's approving my visit,

I think if CBSA answered me as there's no problem in my entry or visa its mean my case with the US borders it just investigate because I tried to enter the US so fast, but if they said your passport is flagged or something like this, its mean US borders have something series with me .

Thank you so much for your support and caring about my case

your refusal has to do with your place of birth. if u are a frequent visitor to some places that was redflag by the usa recently they re evaluate your application for safety reasons.i have seen iraqs, pakistanis with dual citizens. if they visited those areas red flagged by the usa for the last five years they are advised to reapply for entry permit for re-evaluation. As for the canada visa u should not have issues with the entry. in some situation like this get your ticket and go your ECO will determine that with his/her descretion

When you visited the U.S how long did you stay in the U.S and why a quick turnaround back to the U.S after 17days.... Some questions they may be looking at too, just to add to what @Omeka stated as well.
