I am getting ready to submit an I129f for my fiance in Hong Kong.

I have traveled to HKG 25-30 times and been with her basically every time.

I have zero passport stamps due to my job and how we enter the country and customs does not stamp our passports, they only verify we are listed on the general declaration from the airplane.  The only proof I have of being there(besides numerous pictures) is my work schedule showing all of the times I was in Hong Kong.

I have copies of all of my monthly schedules made and have highlighted all of the days I was in Hong Kong as well as written a brief statement explaining such.

Will this suffice along with the rest of the evidence of me being in Hong Kong?

There are no plane tickets.  I am a flight crew member.  In Hong Kong, flight crew doesnt stamp in or stamp out, just verified on the general declaration.

I have written a short letter explaining this as well as have copies of my schedules showing I was in HKG on certain dates.  I also typed these dates out on the short letter to make it easier to understand.

Just a thought --- is there anything you can get in writing from the airline you work for stating the "rules" about flight crew passport stamping?  Might be something handy to have if ever in question later on down the road.  But I agree with the above that what you have sounds sufficient.

It is not a company rule and I dont work for that company anymore.

That is how all flight crew is processed in Hong Kong regardless of who you work for.  A lot of flight crew is processed that way in other parts of the world as well.  I have been to a lot of places I have no stamps for so Hong Kong is not out of the ordinary in that regard.  Most US CBP agents understand this when it comes to flight crews also, at least the ones that actually work at the airports.

At the end of the day, what proof I have is what proof I have, and if its not good enough or needs better explanation, I will cross that bridge when I come to it.

I guess I just read a lot of threads on people submitting copies of every page of their passport(I will still be doing this even though it doesnt show I was ever in HKG) and I went "oh #######, I dont have any stamps for Hong Kong"...

Here is an idea: in order to not draw unnecessary attention to the absence of stamps -- submit some other proof of citizenship rather than passport.

im going to submit a copy of my birth certificate...

I had read though that the showing of passport stamps as part of the proof you have physically met in person, not as proof of citizenship.
