Seeking help on a few questions for the latest I129F Form

1) Question 13 - 20, Employment History. If I have been at my current employer for 9 years, do I leave the "Employer 2" section blank?

2) In Addresses, "In Care of Name" do you leave this blank if there is none?

3) In Addresses, addresses with no province/state/postal codes, leave blank?

4) section 38, if you say "yes" to 37 ("Has your Beneficiary ever been in the United States?") but your beneficiary is not currently in the USA, do you leave blank? I just put "N"A for 38.A

Yes to #1.

#2- yes

#3-the country may have a "department" or similar which is similar to a state or province,  which I would use (and did), because some countries can have similar city names in different departments.  Otherwise, yes.

#4-follow the verb tense.  They ask "if ever"  vs. currently.

to "ever been in US,  the instructions say to say yes if the financee was here and list the numbers on the I 94 or I 95 and give the dates

instructions say never leave blank

Answer all questions fully and accurately. If a question does not apply to you (for example, if you have never been married and the question asks “Provide the name of your current spouse”), type or print “N/A,” unless otherwise directed. If your answer to a question which requires a numeric response is zero or none (for example, “How many children do you have” or “How many times have you departed the United States”), type or print “None,” unless otherwise directed.

Best to always refer to the instructions for the best advice

4. Since I traveled to states right before we filled the petition, we put my last I-94 number anyway (even if i was already back to my country).
