Morocco isn’t normal to not have a big wedding right so that’s a red flag.

how many years age difference?

Was the time you got married the first time she visit you?

Has she met your parents and other family?

So you got married on the first visit and didn’t have a traditional wedding, this is a red flag but you are close in age.

Has she visited you since?

Lots of visits, with a lot of time per visit.

If she can come live with you for a while before you try to apply again that would be good.

my denial slip say Administration process and after administration process they sent our case now its 6 months since USCIS got it

Ok, so your wife will have to wait for the noir to see if there are any specific things that need to be addressed as it will be listed in the noir exactly why it was returned. The things I listed are the most frequent issues for these visas.

So when you get your NOIR let us know what it says. I can't imagine that not having a proper wedding is the only reason they returned your petition.
