Not with the new forms. And as you should be using the new forms (the ones that are 13 pages) no you don't need to submit that, the info is included in the new forms itself.

Yes I-129f currently a 13 page form. It includes the info that used to be in the G325a. You don't need that form anymore.

Technically it is not required, but I got RFE for G-325a even though I submitted the newest version of the application.
