Hi Hank good day!

I just have a question about medical requirements for SLEC, on letter F says that I need to provide a letter with a MNL Case Number but how will get it? Will my fiancée receive a letter from NVC stating those information required by the SLEC?

Thank you Hank!

How did you get the MNL# from NVC, but email, letter or calling?   If by letter or email, print that out for SLEC.

http://www.visaconnection-philippines.com/nvc-k-1.html

Some have printed out their CEAC status as it shows their MNL#  and SLEC is happy with that.

We just called them Hank, should we expect for a letter? Or we can request for an email?

Don't stress on it, many get the MNL# by calling, the letter should show up eventually, but don't wait for it.

Go to the CEAC website I linked earlier, enter the MNL#  (immigrant visa category)  your status should show up.. print the screen, bring copies of that to SLEC for the medical .. ;)

Yes.    Print out a deposit slip taking that to BPI along with the required amount of money as stated on the deposit slip.

And yes you can schedule your interview online after the payment has been recorded with the embassy.

The embassy will not have an issue with a paperclip.  Just NO electronics of any type.

There aren't that many documents required by the embassy.   Do follow the embassy instructions letter

Thank you for the response and information. I have read multiple times, that the U.S. Embassy in Manila does allow the fiance petitioner to be part of the interview; is this correct? Or at least accompany fiancee into the embassy? Thank you.

Yes the petitioner is allowed to be at the interview.  You may not be allowed to stand at the window during the interview, but that varies with the CO, I was allowed to be up at the window and was asked as many questions as my wife.

If you can be there to attend the interview I highly recommend doing so, I was there with my wife it was a great experience .

That is great news, thank you so much for the information again. I will be with my fiancee, for her medical, and also to be with her during interview as well.

Believe when I say this, she will be so excited and relieved that you will be there. Shows your support and love. I went like Hank and I observed so much how my government adjudicates visa's. I couldn't believe the amount of Filipino's that were applying for visas in one day. In my head I did the multiplication and it was a "boat load". (No pun intended ^_^). I was not as lucky as Hank, I met the CO and he sincerely thanked me for being there and asked that I sit during the interview.  All the best.

We're planning to do our marriage on May (may is our 90 days) my question is, is the adjustment of status processing should be within that 90 days as well starting the time I got in us?

Thank you to all 😊 have a great day

Once your have certified copies of your marriage certificate you can file AOS.  There is not a set time for filing AOS.
