Hi,

I applied for N400 and was rejected.

The reason was said i filed more than 90days before meeting the continous residency.

Im married and live in usa for 3years ,no history of leaving the country.

Im confused.

when did you become a resident? its 90 days BEFORE that date that you can apply if you are still maried

I became a resident,July 29 2017

yes im still married.

i did the early 90 days calculation and i am eligible to apply April 2017, but i sent my n400 application December 2017 and was rejected.

Im confused.

it's 3 years of marriage minimum, but also 3 years of being a resident if you are still married to a USC

 

the date starts counting from the date that the GC states resident since as others have said. the time before you became a resident doesn't count

i did the uscis official site date calculator and it says that my early filing accepted date is April 30 2017.

You're misunderstanding the calculator; it's not asking the date you became a resident but the anniversary date of becoming a resident. So if you are applying based on the three-year (marriage) rule, you would enter 07/29/2020, which returns a date of 04/30/2020 as the earliest accepting filing date for your naturalization application.

Sorry, I had a typo in my earlier post (since corrected). The anniversary date would be in 2020.

You would enter 07/29/2020, which returns 04/30/2020. Clarifying for OP.

You should have entered July 29, 2020.  That is your 3 year anniversary date.
