Wow! Congratulations, Hermits -- that's blindingly fast! I think you're our first January 2018 graduate. :) Which field office were the interviews held in?

Hello everyone, I applied for n400 in san Antonio tx on january 10 2018, got biometrics done Jan 29 and on Feb 14 got a notification from uscis for my interview date on March 26 2018, I was wondering if anyone knows ceremony schedule for san Antonio. Thank you so much and good luck for everyone.

are you sure you applied on Jan 10 2018? or you meant Jan 10 2017? can you tell us more specifics about your case so we can gauge whats special with your application on how you were Able to skip 12 months of wait time.. it would help us shed some light on how serious we need to take USCIS processing times. I am stuck in Nov 2016 in Miami office... MIAMI office SUCKS largely due to ridiculous amounts of N400 applied by South American immigrants.

IOE (online) is faster. They don't seem to follow normal N-400 processing times (where NBC filers do).

@guvnor I honestly have no idea why I got an interview so quick, I'm still shocked. My lawyer sent out my application on january 8th or 9th of 2018, they received it on the tenth and on the 13th of january they scheduled my biometrics for january 29, and then February 14 my status changed to interview scheduled, the next morning I checked again and the letter was there in my documents and the appointment on it is March 26 2018 at 2:45 pm in san Antonio tx. Attached is a screenshot of my case history.

@shomer 😊😊 sure, honestly I was worried I might mess something up with the application and I didn't want to take a chance, plus Tania has been my immigration lawyer since I came to the states in 2011 and she does all my immigration papers and files all immigration stuff for me.

Congratulations!

What is your green card issue date? It seems like people who have had their GC for a while are getting quicker service which makes sense

I think applying online saves a lot of time. We were surprised by how quickly things have been moving. Sorry that you're stuck from Nov 2016. Have you tried contacting them to make sure everything is moving along?
