Get it from Port Harcourt where you live. The stamp on it is going to be from Central Criminal Registry in Lagos anyways irrespective of where you do it from.

They don't send emails for NOA2, they send mails. I had to call them to update their site after I got my NOA2 in the mail. Sometimes, they just forget about that and fortunately I used the opportunity to push them to send my documents to NVC. Later that night, I checked their site and it was updated to "Sent to NVC

We sent in our document that we got a checklist for and it was signed for and accepted by NVC on Tuesday. When I call them, they say they haven't received anything? Does it take a while for it to show in their systems?

Thanks!

Get it in Portharcourt where you live, the essence is to proof that you have not committed crime since you have been there. You must not go to Abuja or Lagos for a police report.

They won't be able to tell you they have it until at least the next day. Different departments handling mail receipts and scan dates. Call them again tonight or Thursday morning.
