Hey guys,

We are concurrently filing our aos packet (I-485, I-130/A, etc) and are stumped on the I-130 Part 4. Information About Beneficiary’s Family.

My husband, the petitioner, has three children (all USC). I listed them on the I-130A as it advised to detail stepchildren, however, on the I-130 it does not and I cannot find anything in the instructions, nor on the web, to help me figure this out and clarify whether to list them or not. Perhaps I overlooked the information somewhere.

Please could someone clear this up? We really want to be as accurate as possible without causing confusion or errors.

Thank you in advance <3.

Not sure if these posts get lost in the ether if there hasn’t been any reply for hours and as I don’t want to create multiple threads thought I would try and bump this.

Can anyone help?

Any advice would be much appreciated. Hoping to submit the packet just after Christmas.

Much love!

I dont think it matters either way but since you have them on i-130A you might as well put them on i-130 too. They are you step children after all.
