Form I129F questions

Hello all,

thank you all in advanced, this community has been very helpful so far in preparing my k1 visa documents. I have a few specific questions regarding some of the questions on form I129F.

In part 2, 38a-38h it says "if your beneficiary is currently in the United States..."

however, on the USCIS instructions for this form it says to provide information regarding your beneficiary's most recent entry to the US. What have some recent filers put for this information?

Part 3, "Multiple Filer Waiver Request Information", 5.a - 5.d

I'm not sure which answer to put for this. I have never been convicted of a crime, however 5.d  says "not applicable, beneficiary is my spouse or I am not a multiple filer". I chose this answer, but I want to be sure that this is appropriate for my situation.

Lastly, the last 2-3 pages regarding Interpreter or preparers for the form. As I have not used either, should I leave these papers completely blank?

Thank you all again for your help.

I'm not sure about this part, but I believe that you should follow what is stated in the instruction by stating the most recent entry and details.

Yes, your answer is correct. You should choose not applicable.

Lastly, the last 2-3 pages regarding Interpreter or preparers for the form. As I have not used either, should I leave these papers completely blank?
Don't leave it blank, I put N/A for this part. In the instruction stated that it shouldn't be blank.
