Hmm, I must have missed the legislation he promoted to muzzle the media.  Calling them out for spewing lies and fake news is not violating their first amendment rights.  The biased media needs to be called out just as criminal politicians do but until this point, the media has had pretty much a free ride with the exception of Fox News which was called out repeatedly by the previous administration.

My take is that big money is involved here somewhere because the wealthy can't get enough and thanks to the tax cuts, the so called fiscally concerned
oligarchy will horde even more while hatching a plan to cut SS and medicare for the poor and elderly. After all, their new mantra will be the high deficit.
T has enriched himself and used the WH as a means to do so even more.

I think you may have forgotten a few names in the one I bolded namely one of the Podesta brothers, and possibly both.  Everything you said refers to Flynn specifically.  He may have violated the Logan Act, a law that has seen two indictments since 1799 with the last being in 1852, and no convictions, so sure prosecute him for that.  However, the area is grey in that the incoming administration is given some latitude, heck, Obama addressed a UN group (read foreign diplomats) in December during the transition from Bush to himself, should we prosecute him for that?  As to the lying about talking to the Russian Ambassador, yes, that was pretty stupid since he should have known any discussion was recorded, and also knowing the tendency of the Obama administration in uncovering US citizens names from intercepted conversations, and apparently he was caught.  I don’t really think Trump is sweating, but believe whatever makes you feel good.  In my mind, i don’t really care since Mike Pence is next in line.
