How long was your Doctor’s letter (I-601a) HSL

I feel like these doctors are very concerned about putting too much information in their letters for my HSL they all only care about malpractice and getting sued. They cover all of the basics but I feel like it is only a few paragraphs. I can bolster the exhibit with a lot of background information, anyone have this problem?

What is the purpose for which you intend to use the doctor letter?

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.
