nothing yet, are you waiting too.

Yes, we are. Our case is very similar to all of those in this thread. My husband had his interview in Honduras on March 14th and was placed in AP. He was then called to go for a follow-up interview on June 12th, it was for his tattoos. He was told that we would get notified in 2 weeks. It's been 10 days and I know we have to be patient but I am just very anxious to hear something.

Hello I want to know if someone is going or has gone through this for us to to know what to expect.

It has been 77 days since my husband's visa was placed under AP for review of Tattoos his case is with the Fraud Prevention Unit, but the embassy called and scheduled an appointment we don't know what to expect, is it another interview? review of his tattoos? or are they granting him the visa?

Any information helps!!

Thank you!!

Hello,

I came across this post and wanted to reach out to you. They put my husband's case into AP because the Dr. did not send the medical exam for the interview. We had his interview on July 26th. Did your husband have to have a second interview after the AP was finished? Also, did they give your husband back his passport at the interview or keep it? They gave my husband his passport back, and told him they do not need to keep it there. Everything was going great until the Dr. decided to not send his medical exam, and it is very frustrating not to be able to talk with anyone about the case.

Thank you

Jen

Did everyone who posted in this forum receive their visa. I am feeing very desperate and would like to be able to talk with others who have had this same situation.

My husband does not have tattoos, and finished his drug monitoring with 4 months of clean tests. I am not sure why he is still in AP and no case updated.
